Once you’ve chosen a vehicle, we’ll place a bid on your behalf. If the bid is successful, we handle everything from arranging transport within Japan to the port, managing export paperwork, coordinating international shipping, and organizing local delivery. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your vehicle arrives safely and on time - whether to a UK port or directly to your door.

3️⃣ UK Customs Clearance & NOVA Handling
As part of our vehicle sourcing service, we take care of all the paperwork needed to clear your car through UK customs and complete the NOVA declaration with HMRC. You’ll be responsible for paying any customs duty and VAT directly, but we’ll handle the entire process for you - making sure everything is accurate, on time, and fully compliant. It’s just one less thing for you to worry about.

4️⃣ Port Collection, MOT & DVLA Registration
If you are unable to collect and register your vehicle, we offer a comprehensive service that handles port collection, MOT testing, required UK compliance work, and DVLA registration on your behalf. Once your vehicle is fully registered in the UK and all procedures are complete, it will be ready for collection.
