My constant changing mind didn't phase him at all. The car arrived and I have to say it is better than in the photos showed. It is so clean and no issues encountered at all.

Picked up a Subaru off JDM. I can’t fault them, great service provided, the car is exactly as described. I asked them to change a part on it a couple of months after buying the car and the immediately sourced the part and fitted it for me within a few days of the request, it’s nice to deal with people that honour the warranty. I’m planning on getting a Forester imported next year and this is the first place on my list.

The Subaru wrx v limted was one of the cleanest and rust free Subarus I have ever seen, was so refreshing to view and test drive something so clean. If I had more money I would definitely be comeing back for more!

I ordered a subaru STI from Japan, I was informed from loading until delivery.

I met Moss, the Manager of JDM, in Coventry late in the evening due to bad traffic after I confirmed the appointment early in that morning. However, he served me professionally with wisdom and communicated effectively. He demonstrated to me the strength and expertise of JDM in Japanese Import Cars and gave valuable advices with confidence. I had a test drive for an 2008 Elgrand E51 Autech with top Spec - 3.5 V6 engine, 7 seaters, genuine leather seats, double sunroofs and electric curtains... its a very good MPV! I placed the deposit to reserve the car and requested him to arrange another appointment for my appointed car Inspection specialist to inspect the mechanics.
I am happy with my Elgrand E51 now and I have not found another dealer or car for comparison since then because I did not need to!
Moss's sincereority and entrepreneurship did impressed me.
